All Farrell Lane pieces are handmade to order in small batches. This allows us to maintain the quality, care, and sentiment we’re known for. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Each bracelet is crafted by hand once your order is received.
Please allow a short processing window for creation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, especially around holidays, but we always work as efficiently as possible while maintaining the integrity of our work.

Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship exclusively within Canada.
Once your order has been completed and packaged, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping timelines depend on your location. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 before HST. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and package size.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Farrell Lane is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your package ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our studio, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. While we cannot control shipping delays, we will always support you in tracking your parcel and finding a solution.
If your order appears lost, please reach out and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
