How long does it take to make my order?

Each Farrell Lane piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bracelet to be made before shipping. During holidays or special launches, timelines may be slightly longer. We always do our best to keep you informed.

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?

Yes. Many of our designs are personalized, including names, initials, and meaningful words. Please double-check spelling before placing your order, as personalized pieces are made just for you and cannot be changed once production begins.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to update your order, please email hello@farrelllane.com as soon as possible. Once your piece has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

What materials do you use?

Our bracelets are made using high-quality seed beads, acrylic letter beads, gold-plated accents, and durable stretch elastic, designed for everyday wear while maintaining a timeless look.

Are your bracelets waterproof?

We recommend removing your bracelet before swimming, showering, or exercising. Water and chemicals can shorten the life of elastic and metal components. Treat your piece gently to help it last beautifully.

How do I choose the correct size?

We offer multiple sizing options. For the best fit, measure your wrist snugly with a string, and compare it to a measuring tape. Select the size closest to your measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes. If your bracelet does not fit as expected, we are happy to resize it for a small fee. Customers are responsible for shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because many of our pieces are personalized, custom items are final sale. Non-personalized pieces may be eligible for exchange within a limited timeframe. Please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to help.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout.

I did not receive my order.

Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. While delays or issues are rare, they can occasionally occur.

Tracked Shipping

If your order was shipped with tracking and is confirmed lost by Canada Post, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Untracked Letter Mail

Untracked shipments are not insured and cannot be investigated by Canada Post once mailed. For this reason, Farrell Lane is unable to guarantee delivery for untracked orders.
