Refund policy

Because each piece is custom-made, returns are limited. We will gladly remake or replace your bracelet if there is an error on our end, such as an incorrect spelling or customization mistake.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest.
